Meet Coach Kelsey

I am from a town of 400 in SE Nebraska. The daughter of teachers and coaches, my parents knew the power of experience. They instilled a growth mindset and encouraged my sister and I to never stop learning and reaching for our wildest dreams.  

My curiosity for travel and love of nature led me to Conservation International in 2010. I had the privilege of working alongside and learning from environmental titans, producing stories about our most inspiring initiatives. I planned more than 100 knowledge exchanges bringing together global experts – hosting gatherings from Bali, to Molokai, Cartagena, to Cape Town.  

I became an expert in curating spectacular trips and facilitating powerful discussions, while using the power of immersion, adventure and shared experience to create meaningful friendships and opportunities for collaboration. Each exchange presented a unique opportunity for personal reflection, risk-taking, building resilience, and self-actualization.  

I developed a niche skillset in helping others find and ignite their passion, providing guidance as a friend, mentor and coach. I thrive in partnerships, and I feel most fulfilled when building deep connections and helping others tap into their fire. 

I became a certified Transformational Life + Travel Coach to share my gifts and empower women seeking a more vibrant and fulfilled path. Through coaching programs, RISE community events, and extraordinary trips, I guide my clients on a journey to discover their unique genius, embrace a more adventurous path and explore how they can effect change and create beauty in the world.
